D. Lee Pitisci is a 3rd generation Tampa native. He graduated high school from H. B. Plant high school in 1981, received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida in 1985, and received his law degree from Cumberland school of Law in 1988. He was admitted to the Florida bar in 1988 and is also admitted to the U. S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. He is also a member of the Florida Justice Association.

He began his practice representing numerous insurance companies litigating cases in both state and federal court. Since 1992 he has represented individuals and their families who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others. Throughout the years, he has litigated cases primarily in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, and trucking litigation. He is A-V rated by Martindale Hubbell.
