Howard P. Markowitz is a third generation Florida resident, who was raised in Jacksonville, Florida, where he graduated from Wolfson High School in 1985. He then received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1989. He went on to obtain his law degree graduating from Stetson University College of Law, and since 1993 has been an active member of a Florida Bay focusing his efforts to assist persons who have been injured as a result of others. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. He is also a member of the Florida Justice Association. He has handled thousands of matters since 1993 involving personal injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, workers’ compensation and insurance disputes. He works directly with his clients which has enabled him to obtain favorable settlements for his clients and their families both presuit and in litigation. Since 1993, Mr. Markowitz has worked exclusively on behalf injured persons in order to help them obtain the settlements and compensation they deserve.
